Cook ramen noodle following package instructions

Over medium heat, add oil to a frying pan. When hot, add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrance. Add beef. Cook until no longer pink.
Step 4
Add water, hondashi and mix it. Add milk, lower the heat. You don't want milk to boil. Add and mix miso paste until fully dissolved.
