Instructions

Step 1
1.⁠ ⁠cut the cucumber, avocado and spring onion.
Step 2
2. cook the rice. drain the water when it’s ready, and add the rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.

3.⁠ ⁠mix the tuna, mayonaise, yoghurt, sriracha and salt & pepper to taste in a bowl.
Step 4
4. Layer everything in a bowl. Finish off with kewpie mayonaise, unagi-kabayaki sauce, furikake and spring onion.
