Soak noodles!

Noodles + water
Step 3
Sauce

Beansprout + chive
Step 5
Peanuts + radish (if using)

More oil + egg, immediately mix thoroughly, then spread mixture out

More chives + bean sprouts, do not stir

Fry a bit

Flip, fry other side
