Instructions

Step 1
Break egg into a medium bowl and beat with a fork. Add the mashed banana and cinnamon and stair to combine. The batter will seem very runny.
Step 2
Melt butter on a large griddle or in a nonstick skillet. Drop the banana batter by tablespoonfuls onto the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes on the first side and 1-2 minutes on the second side. Cool and serve
