In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork.

Add the banana to the bowl and mash it into small pieces with a fork.

Add the dry ingredients and pour in the plant milk.

Mix everything.

Heat up the pan (no fat!) and pour in 1 tablespoon of batter at a time.

Bake on low heat for about a minute on each side.

When the pancakes are ready, top them with yogurt, some peanut butter and your favorite fruits ;))
