Super healthy, high protein waffles! It says it serves two but personally I have the whole thing (sometimes I will double the recipe and eat that!)

Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a mini blender or bullet style blender until the oats are smooth and the batter is not chunky.
Step 2
add fruit or other flavours into it (I can’t guarantee that it will still work though)
Step 3
cooking on the mini waffle iron, a regular waffle iron or in a oven safe bowl at 210C (fan) for 12-15 mins (until cooked: use the skewer method)
Step 4
Leave on waffle iron to cook until no longer runny
