Place all the ingredients, except the pasta and stock in the slow cooker., stir and season to taste. Cook in high for 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Blitz the sauce with a handheld blender until smooth. Add the pasta and the stock and cook for a further 45-50 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes Garnish with basil and sundried tomatoes and sprinkle with parmesan
