Instructions

Step 1
In medium sized bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step 2
Add chicken pieces and coat well.
Step 3
Add 1 cup water and mix well. The chicken should be coated well.
Step 4
On medium heat, fry in hot oil until golden. Remove from pan, set aside.
Step 5
In another fry pan, add butter, honey, and soy sauce. Cook on medium heat until bubbly, about 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add chicken to pan and coat well.
Step 7
Garnish with freshly cut green onions and serve with rice.
