Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Remove and blend together with chopped tomatoes
Step 3
On the same pan, remove the oil keeping about 2 tablespoons
Step 4
Add garlic and fry on low heat until golden
Step 5
Add minced meat to the pan and cook on high heat until it's browned and cooked through.
Step 6
Add the spices and salt and mix in

Cook for 2-3 mins then add the pureed onions and tomato. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Add a pinch of garam masala just before you finish, mix it in.
Step 9
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off the heat and keep the keema aside.
Step 10
Slice the pav bread rolls horizontally into two parts.
Step 11
On the same pan, add a little butter and toast the pav bread rolls until they are lightly browned on both sides.
Step 12
Serve with a side of lemon wedges and green green chillies.
