Instructions

Step 1
Season shrimp with salt and pepper then add to buttermilk. (If you don’t have any, make it like I did with 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 c sour cream then 1 cup milk) Coat with cornstarch then shallow fry for 1 minute on each side. Move shrimp to a cooling rack. In a bowl, combine Mayo, sweet chili sauce and sriracha. Coat the shrimp with sauce and serve immediately. Top with green onions.
