Instructions

Step 1
Heat up your oil in a pan

Add your onion als garlic

After 2 minutes add your courgette, bell peper and tomatoes and cook until soft

When soft add your tin of tomatoes and season how you like
Step 5
Crack the eggs in the pan. Put a lid on the oan and let the egg cook
Step 6
When the egg is cooked add sour cream
