Instructions
Step 1
First, to make your tomato sauce. Pour oil in a frying pan
Step 2
Slice onion and add it to the oil, fry until golden brown
Step 3
Slice your tomato, add it to the onion in the pan. Continue cooking for 10minutes, then add the stock. Stir it in nicely and put it aside
Step 4
Now to make your plantain, pour oil into your frying pan on medium heat
Step 5
Peel the plantain and slice it in a bowl with a pinch of salt, and toss it
Step 6
Check if the oil is hot enough, place the plantain in the oil for 5 minutes, or when golden brown. Turn it with a fork to the other side for another 5 minutes until golden brown
Step 7
Place on the plate and garnish with your fried tomato sauce
