3 lbssirloin steak
or chuck roast, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1yellow onion
large, sliced
½ cupbeef broth
¼ cupolive oil
4 clovesgarlic
minced
1 tsporegano
1 tspsalt
½ tsppepper

Instructions
For crock pot
Step 1
Add sirloin steak and onion to slow cooker; pour beef broth over steak and onions.
Step 2
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 3
3. Pour olive oil mixture over steak.
Step 4
4. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. (depending on your slow cooker) or until beef is extremely tender. (If it’s not tender, it’s not done yet).

5. Place meat on top of warmed pita and top with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber dressing
For Instant pot
Step 6
Remove any large pieces of fat from the beef roast and then slice the meat into thin, 1/4 inch strips.
Step 7
Season beef on all sides with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of the instant pot.
Step 8
In a small bowl combine ⅓ cup of WATER, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, and a little extra salt and pepper. Pour over meat.
Step 9
Cover and turn the valve to "sealing." Press "manual" and set the timer for 30 minutes.
Step 10
After the timer beeps allow the instant pot to rest for 15 minutes before releasing any of the pressure. Remove the lid, taste and add additional seasonings if needed.
