2 cupsmilk
1 Tbspminced garlic

½ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Boil some water and cook your pasta.
Step 2
Mix together the seasonings for your chicken in a small both. Season your chicken breasts on both sides and cook through. Let rest off heat for a few minutes and then cut into strips.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a sauce pan on medium heat until melted. Whisk in the flour and let cook for a minute. Add in the minced garlic and stir. Let cook for another minute. Stir in the milk 1 cup at a time, making sure there are no flour clumps. Add in the rest of the seasonings for the sauce. Stir until you reach your desired consistency.
Step 4
Serve the chicken on the pasta and cover with sauce.
