Honey Cheese Bread

This is a great everyday loaf that you can make in a couple hours, have it with Pot Roast or a hearty soup.
The flour listed is optimal but if you don't have one or the other you can just use what you have, even all-purpose will work. Makes 1 loaf

Step 1
In a mixing bowl add water, honey, yeast, starter and stir let sit while you put together the dry ingredients. In another bowl add the two flowers cheese powder and salt.

Put approximately 1/3 of the dry ingredients into the water mixture and stir with a spoon continue adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stirring until they you get a sticky ball of dough. Then mix with your hand to incorporate all the ingredients together. You may need to add up to 50 grams of flour until the dough comes together in a smooth ball.
Step 3
Add the olive oil to a clean bowl and tip the dough into it. Flip it around and get the entire mass coated with oil, cover with a lid or tea towel. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 90 minutes four fold every half hour. or until doubled
