Step 1
1. Make the dough mixing all the ingredients together and let it rise for 40 minutes

2. Divide the dough in 16 balls (30g each ball)

3. Roll out the balls, stuff them and roll them up
Step 4
4. Pick a big pan, add a drizzle of oil and fry the bottom of the baozi till it's crispy
Step 5
5. When the bottom is crispy, add water and put a cover on the pan, so they can steam
Step 6
6. Once there's no more water on the bottom of the pan, they're cooked and you're ready to enjoy!
