Instructions

Step 1
Mix the barley and chia seeds with 300 g of hot water, a bit of salt and a few lemon zest.
Step 2
Put 500g of water in the TMX bowl. Peel the base of the asparagus and cut it in half lengthwise. Place them on the Varoma board and set aside.
Step 3
Prepare the papillotes: cut 2 large squares of baking paper. Distribute the mixture of barley and chia seeds, wet, the fish fillets, place 2 - 3 pieces of asparagus, lemon zest, salt and pepper and seal the papillotes well. Place the papillotes in the Varoma and cook for 15-20 min. Varoma Vit. 1.
Step 4
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a little lemon juice.
