Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in pot
Step 2
Add a little oil and salt
Step 3
Put Bak Choy In pot. Remove when cooked and arrange in glass pan/dish
Step 4
Brown diced garlic and green onions in oil until brown in separate frying pan
Step 5
Turn off fire. Put shoyu over hot oil
Step 6
Put hoisin or oyster sauce over
Step 7
Pour hot oil with browned garlic and green onions and simmering shoyu over Bak Choy
