Step 1
1. Start by taking a blending jar, to this add ½ cup soaked green moong, ginger, garlic and chilli. After that add 1 tsp jeera and salt. Grind it with very little water so the batter does not become runny.Add the chickpea flour and mix well
Step 2
Heat a tawa, scoop out two spoons of batter and spread it like a dosa. As its cooking add 1 tsp ghee and cook on both sides.
Step 3
Now on the half side of the , add all the finely chopped veggies, and grated paneer. Finally add the finely chopped coriander leaves and fold the dosa. Ready to be served.
Step 4
This makes 3 medium sized dosas.
