Instructions
Step 1
Peel your desired amount of potatoes and boil till soft and ready to mash
Step 2
Cook sausages on frypan and then place to the side on a plate
Step 3
Im the same pan, cook onion until soft adding in garlic at the end. Cook garlic for a minute or so until aromatic
Step 4
In a cup, mix stock and corn flour and add to pan with onion and flour and canned tomatoes
Step 5
Add Worcestershire, soy sauce, salt, pepper and paprika to pan
Step 6
Add sausages back in pan. You may cut them into pieces or leave whole
Step 7
Let simmer til sauce thickens slightly. The flour should help with this
Step 8
Mash your potatoes and serve with sausages
