Instructions
Step 1
1. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting lengthwise down back, but not all the way. Do not remove the shell.
Step 2
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the shrimp. Saute 3-4 mins. until the shrimp turns pink.
Step 3
3. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
4. Cover and let stand for 5 mins.
