Instructions
Step 1
Slice up your spam evenly into 4 pieces.

Step 2
Cut out a rectangle from your spam slice.
Step 3
Dice the leftover rectangles from your spam and set aside.
Step 4
Chop and dice onions and green onions.

Step 5
In a bowl, mix together your diced spam, onions, green onions, 2 eggs, cooked white rice and pepper.





Step 6
On medium heat, drizzle some oil and start cooking your spam slices.

Step 7
Fill in the rectangle with spam+egg mixture.
Step 8
Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with ketchup, a side salad or rice!
