Instructions

Step 1
First, if you don't have cooked rice, prepare your rice first! (Sticky, short grain rice)

Next, slice up two 3cm slices of Spam.

Add a dash of oil to your pan and cook for 1-2 minutes each on each side.
Step 4
Set the spam aside, and crack an egg in the same pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

Next, with your cooked rice, scrunch up 1 packet of roasted seaweed and a dash of sesame oil (optional)

Step 7
In a round bowl, cover it with 2 layers of saran wrap- one vertically and one horizontally. Make sure to shape it to the bowl. (You can do this even without a round bowl)
Step 8
Add a layer of rice, then stack it with spam. (I sliced the edges off to fit the bowl).

Step 9
Then add egg, a layer of mayonnaise and top it off with sliced cheese. Cover the rest with rice. (Add a thin layer of rice to make it more flavorful- I did mine a little chunky!)

Step 10
Cover the rice burger with wrap and take it out of the bowl. Use your hands to shape it into a circle.
Step 11
Slice and serve!
