Step 1
If you don't have cooked rice, begin by cooking your rice. I made 2 servings of 400g of white rice. Make sure to use Korean sticky short grain rice!

Then slice up 4 strips of spam. They should be about 3cm thick!

On medium heat, drizzle oil and cook until your spam is evenly cooked on all sides.

While your spam is cooking, season your cooked rice with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and 2 Tbsp of sesame oil.

Wait for the rice to cool down if it hasn't.

Next, crack 3 eggs and season with salt. Set aside.

Get a sheet of nori and spread out your rice. Make sure to use gloves and make sure it 3/4 of the nori is covered with a layer of rice.

Step 8
Place the spam on one end of the nori and roll it tightly into a kimbap.

In the same pan, drizzle oil and turn the heat to medium. Pour half the egg mixture and spread it evenly around the pan.

Place your roll on one end of the egg and when it's 80% cooked, with the help of 2 spoons or a spatula, roll the egg and kimbap together until the egg is fully wrapping the kimbap. Leave for 30 more seconds to cook and transfer onto your chopping board.
Step 11
Slice and serve! (You can make 2 rolls in total!)
