Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the spice mix ingredients together.
Step 2
Pat the fish dry using some kitchen towel, then sprinkle with a little salt. Coat the fish, on both sides, with the spice mix and place the fillets on a baking tray that has been sprayed with some low-calorie cooking spray.
Step 3
Cook in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque.
