Bang Bang Shio Koji Chicken
Shio koji (also known as koji salt) is a Japanese condiment used for seasoning or marinating. It is a white, lumpy paste (think very loose rice pudding) with a mild, sweet miso-like flavor. The sauce is so flavorful. Follow my TikTok (kuritomo) and my Instagram (kuritomo_cooking). Thanks!
