Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, cauliflower rice, onion, seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic.
Step 2
Take your prepared cabbage leaf (to prepare: boil for approx 5 minutes) and fill each leaf with approximately ¼ cup of the meat/cauliflower mixture.
Step 3
Roll up each leaf like a burrito.
Step 4
Spoon a thin layer of diced tomatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 5
Add the cabbage rolls, seam-side down.
Step 6
Pour the rest of the diced tomatoes on top.
Step 7
Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6
