Elegant and Delicious Plum Crumble

I had some plums sitting around in a fruit bowl for quite some time - they just refused to go bad so I can throw them away... :D So one night I went looking for something to do with them and came across this beautiful recipe... Now I am so happy they didn't want to "give up" because I discovered this simple way to make an amazing and yummy dessert!

Prepare the crumble

Step 3
Place the flour, buttler, salt and sugar in a large bowl and start crumbling together using your hands until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add almonds at the end and lightly mix together.

Bake and serve

Step 4
Spoon the fruit mixture into ovenproof small individual portions baking cups like ramekins, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the crumble is browned and the fruit mixture bubbling.
