Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2
In medium bowl add flour (no need to sift), baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk lightly.
Step 3
Make sure cream cheese and butter are softened and bananas are mashed.
Step 4
Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time. Add bananas and vanilla. Mix until blended.
Step 5
Slowly mix in on low to medium speed the flour mixture until fully blended.
Step 6
Mix in chocolate chips.
Step 7
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 2x9 bread pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 8
Once done, use a butter knife around the inside edges of the pan to loosen the bread, flipped the pan over onto a cutting board or cookie sheet, tap the bottom of the pan to release the bread from the pan, and then flip the loaf back over and transfer to a cooling rack. Let cool completely before enjoying.
