Instructions
Step 1
Take husks off tomatillos and rinse to get sticky sap off
Step 2
Boil tomatillos, chilis, garlic, onion for 15 minutes
Step 3
Blend all ingredients together except for oil
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pot or skillet on medium-low heat and pour in salsa
Step 5
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
