Instructions

Step 1
In Mason jars or bowls, begin layers with 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt followed by a layer of strawberries and then blueberries.
Step 2
Repeat layering until yogurt and berries are gone.
Step 3
If desired add a drizzle of honey and sprinkle of cinnamon to the yogurt layer before adding berries.
Step 4
Store uneaten parfaits covered in the fridge for up to two days.
