Instructions

Step 1
In a trifle bowl spoon about 1/4 cup of granola to create the first layer.
Step 2
Cut the strawberries in smaller pieces and mix them with the blueberries and raspberries. Top the granola with half of the mixed berries.
Step 3
Mix the yogurt with the ricotta and spoon half of this mixture on top of the berries.
Step 4
Repeat the layers: add granola on top of the yogurt, then fruit and finish with yogurt.
Step 5
Garnish with some fresh mint.
Step 6
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as quickly as possible.
