Step 1
Thaw shrimp, rinse them. Dry them
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium- high heat. Add garlic, cook & stir for 15 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for 2-4 minutes until it turns opaque, stirring frequently. Transfer shrimp to a plate.
Step 3
Add wine, butter and salt to skillet. Cook & stir over medium heat to loosen any browned bits & melt butter. Pour butter mixture over shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over spaghetti.
