Ingredients

1/2 carrot sliced

220 gramsfish meat
cut into chunks
1 tsp garlic crushed

Marinade for Fish

½ tspginger juice
1 tspChinese rice wine
1 tsp corn flour
1 tspcorn flour
Salt to taste

Seasoning

Instructions

Step 1
Add 1/2 tsp of salt in boiling water. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove broccoli from boiling water and immediately wash in cold water to stop cooking and retrain its fresh green colour.

Heat oil in pan. Place fish on one single layer. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side and set aside.

Step 3
Add some oil in wok, sauté garlic. Add broccoli and carrots. Increase heat to high.

Add Chinese rice wine and sprinkle some salt & water. Toss back the fish. Add seasoning.
