in one bowl large enough to dip bread in

in a bowl, large enough to dip bread into
flour
on a plate - add
salt
pepper
to flour
For the filling of the sandwich

Step 1
Fry the salami in a dry pan until crispy. While the salami is frying make a dipping station for the bread. Slice the mozzarella and ricotta. Get the spinach ready. One one slice of bread add ricotta spinach. When the salami is done pat with paper towel to remove grease. Add to sandwich. Wipe pan out to remove excess grease.Dip the other piece of bread in milk then flour then eggs. Put in pan. Add the ingredients from other piece of bread then dip other piece of bread in milk then flour then eggs. Only dip one side of each piece of bread. Fry on pan until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
