Instructions
Step 1
In medium bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumps, parsley, allspice, nutmeg, onion, garlic powder, pepper, salt and egg and combine. Roll into meatballs
Step 2
in a large skillet, heat oil and and 1 tbsp butter. add in meatballs and cook until brown on each side and cooked throughout. transfer to plate and cover
Step 3
add in 4 tbsp butter and flour to skillet and whisk until it turns brown. slwly stir in broth and heavy cream. add in worchestershire sauce and dijon mustard and bring to simmer until sauce starts to thicken. add salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
add in meatballs and simmer another 1-2min.
Step 5
Serve with Egg Noodles
