Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/fan
Step 2
Mix all of it together in the dish apart from coconut milk.
Step 3
Add olive oil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Stir and put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 5
Now add the coconut milk, stir and put back in the oven for 30 mins.
Step 6
Can keep checking and mixing it until the chicken is cooked.
