Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (for dough) with the warm milk and butter (just over body temp otherwise the yeast will denature)
Step 2
Cover and leave in warm place until dough doubles in size
Step 3
Once the dough has risen, roll out on lightly floured surface
Step 4
In a bowl mix the ingredients for the filling and spread onto the dough
Step 5
Roll the dough up and cut into 15 rolls
Step 6
Place each roll into a baking dish and cover untill doubled in size again
Step 7
Bake for 30-45mins at 180c
Step 8
In a bowl mix together the ingredients for the icing (gradually add milk until you get the consistency you like)
Step 9
Spread icing over cooked pumpkin cinnamon rolls
Step 10
Top with optional orange zest
