Warm Potato and Asparagus Salad (with marinated artichokes)

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the new potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
Step 2
In a separate pot, steam the asparagus spears for 5-6 minutes, or until tender.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked new potatoes, steamed asparagus, and chopped marinated artichokes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the potato and asparagus mixture and toss to combine.
