Granny Annie’s gnocchi
This is a homage to something I stumbled upon in Belfast a couple of years ago in a restaurant called granny Annie’s, tobacco onions. They claim the onions but the roasted tomato sauce and the gnocchi were all mines. Gnocchi in a roasted tomato and garlic sauce, tobacco onions and feta cheese.
