¼ cupshortening
soft, or butter

1 ½ cupwater
warm, not hot

1 cupevaporated milk
undiluted

6 ½ cupsbread flour

Mix all ingredients together
Step 2
Rise on counter over night
Step 3
Roll flat
Step 4
Fry until floating and brown
