Instructions

Step 1
Trim and prepare your chicken wings
Step 2
Submerge them in buttermilk
Step 3
Mix the plain flour with the corn flour
Step 4
Add the seasoning
Step 5
Deep fry the wings for around 8 mins until the internal temp reaches minimum 80c
Step 6
Add 1 cup of Hoola Hooch to a pan and reduce down to a syrup
Step 7
Add some chilli oil
Step 8
Pour the Hoola Hooch glaze over the wings
Step 9
Garnish with freeze dried raspberries, popping candy crumbled streaky bacon and candied jalapeños
