Instructions
Step 1
Let the chickpeas soak in water for at least 24 hours. Once this is done rinse well and dry with a paper towel
Step 2
Add everything in a blender and blend untill all ingredients are mixed up and a dough like consistency is formed
Step 3
Let set in the fridge for an hour
Step 4
Form into balls and air fry for 15 minutes at 200°C or untill crispy.
Step 5
For a crunchy result turn the balls half way through cooking
