Salted Toffee Caramel Brownie Bake

So this is a little something I made after binging a bunch of videos, but never seeing something that would satisfy the craving for Salted Caramel+Chocolate in a way that I wanted.
This is a brownie topped with chocolate chip cookie as a topping. With caramel marrying the dark chocolate and cookie crust top.

18.4 ozSalted Caramel Brownie Mix
refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

16 ozCaramel Sauce

17 ozToffee Crunch Cookies

⅓ cupvegetable oil
¼ cupwater
Instructions
Step 1
First, get your pan lined with parchment paper. Something like a 7x11" pan would work.

Then, take the Toffee Crunch Oreos and add most of them to the bottom of your pan.

Mix together the brownie mix, the egg, vegetable oil, and water.

Step 4
Pour the mixture over the Oreos in the pan. Spread the mixture evenly over them and make sure it is level.

Evenly distribute the caramel from the brownie package and add more from the Ghirardelli caramel, as needed.
Step 6
Cut cookies off of the tube of Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Place on top, covering most of the pan.

Bake at 350° for at least 28 minutes.
Step 8
Cool and cut into 20 peices.
