So this is a little something I made after binging a bunch of videos, but never seeing something that would satisfy the craving for Salted Caramel+Chocolate in a way that I wanted. This is a brownie topped with chocolate chip cookie as a topping. With caramel marrying the dark chocolate and cookie crust top.
