Preparation tips:
1. Thicker consistency: the ghost protein is one of the thinner ready-to-drink protein shakes I’ve had. This does mean a thinner milk shake consistency. I have found that either a whole banana or freezing the Greek yogurt helps make this shake thicker. Keep in mind for calories and macros, adding another 1/2 banana changes the nutritional makeup slightly, so adjust your tracking accordingly.
2. Greek yogurt: green yogurt is the highest protein yogurt but not all are the same. I prefer to use Fage 0% to keep fat low and protein on the higher side.
