Instructions
Step 1
Make yeast mixture from a bit of milk, sugar and yeast. Let activate for 10 minutes
Step 2
Mix everything but the pork rinds in. Fold them in after mixing.
Step 3
Let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Step 4
Flip out the dough and make 16 balls/patties. Place them onto a baking tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven at 180c
Step 6
Brush on some egg wash, and let bake in an oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
