Chocolate Zucchini Bread

I baked my chocolate zucchini in a baking can so the bread was round. I got my baking from Amazon. You can certainly bake this bread in a loaf pan.

Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream, sugar and mix well until combined. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
Step 2
Add shredded zucchini and mix well until fully incorporated.
Step 3
In separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Step 4
Add flour mixture into zucchini mixture and mix well until combined.
Step 5
Stir in chocolate chips. Add to greased and floured baking can or loaf pan.
Step 6
Bake on 350 for 60-70mins. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. Once the skewer comes out clean, the bread is done.
Step 7
Allow to cool for 10 mins in the baking can.
Step 8
Remove for the can and cut into rounds.
