small, diced

1celery stick

0.5bell pepper
small diced

3garlic gloves
sliced

2potatoes
diced

1 Tbspunsalted butter

2sage leaves

Half & half
as needed

chicken stock
as needed

cayenne pepper
to taste

Chicken bouillon powder
to taste

red pepper flakes
to taste

Parmesan reggiano
Fresh grated

shredded cheddar

1 Tbspsour cream

Hot sauce
as needed
For the chicken

1chicken breast
cubed season with listed spices

Salt

pepper
to taste

0.5lime
Juice

1 Tbspolive oil

1 tspground cumin

Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot to boil add your potatoes & remove once they’re fork tender.
Step 2
On a medium heat using that same pot sear off the chicken and set aside: be sure to add oil if needed.
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp of butter , Add your veggies in this order . Carrots, bell peppers , onions , celery & garlic ( season as you go and cook each for 1-2 min before adding the other )

Step 4
Add 2-3 sage leaves sauté for 2-4 min , remove then add your potatoes sauté, then your chicken and half & half use judgement and watch video to help guide 💀
Step 5
Use something to mash the potatoes ( making sure to set some aside ) season with the listed spices to taste.
Step 6
add back in the chicken & the potatoes you set aside . Allow to come to simmer for 5-10 minutes
Step 7
Add the cheddar cheese & Parmesan. Then sour cream and hot sauce .

Step 8
Finish off with some butter ( optional) and serve with with these toppings crispy onions and crispy bacon !
