Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 320F. Spray a 6" round cake pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Arrange cooked sausage in the bottom of a prepared pan. Pour egg mixture into pan on top of sausage. Sprinkle cheddar on top.
Step 4
Place in the air fryer basket and cook 15 minutes until the top begins to brown and the center is set. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
