Instructions

Step 1
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 2. Place your chicken into a roasting tin put the lid on and place in the oven for 30 minutes
Step 2
3. Once 30 minutes are up take the chicken out and wrap two pieces of bacon around each breast and get back in the tin with the lid on in the oven for another 30 minutes
Step 3
4. Once done place the chicken on an oven tray and spread BBQ sauce all over the top of the bacon….. then cover the sauce in cheese… again don’t be shy at this stage

5. Get this tray under the grill now just to melt the cheese for a few minutes
Step 5
6. Once melted you are ready to plate up with whatever you like? I usually opt for mash peas and onion rings
